Jazmine was called to the Bar in 2018. She completing her BPTC with a Very Competent and joined Regent Chambers as a Tenant in March 2022 after successfully completing her Pupillage. Jazmine is registered with the Bar Council to undertake Public Access work.

 

Since becoming a Tenant, Jazmine has regularly appeared in Courts throughout the Midland and Northern circuits. She has been instructed to represent; the Local Authority, Applicants, Respondents, Guardians and Defendants on a variety of matters including:

Jazmine has a very approachable manner with clients and is able to put them at ease quickly during difficult situations. Jazmine has experience in representing vulnerable clients, including those with learning disabilities/difficulties, substance misuse, mental health issues and victims of domestic abuse. Jazmine is able to convey complex legal information and give clear legal advice to clients in a straight- forward and easy to understand manner.

Prior to Joining Regent Chambers Jazmine worked in the Court Office for 3 years at Stoke on Trent Combined Court Centre, primarily within the Family Team.

 

Prior to the pandemic Jazmine was a county court advocate for LPC Law and represented a number of claimants in over 250 hearings.

 

Jazmine was a Legal Companion with the Community Legal Outreach Collaboration Keele (CLOCK) initiative at Keele University. Since graduating she remains actively involved with the CLOCK initiative, recently she has delivered training to the new legal companions.

Jazmine holds a Dual Practising Certificate with the Bar Counsel to practice as either a self-employed Barrister under Jazmine Wilde or as an employed Barrister for J&A Legal Ltd. Unless otherwise agreed with the client, Jazmine acts as an employed Barrister under J&A Legal Ltd.
