We welcome feedback, both good and bad and if you've used any of our services we would be grateful if you can spare a few moments to complete our feedback form below.
We strive to ensure our clients receive great service, but if something goes wrong we operate a complaints procedure.
Let us know as soon as possible if you wish to complain as it is easier to investigate and respond to any issues raised.
You do not need to involve solicitors if you want to make a complaint but you are free to do so should you wish. There will be no fee for making a complaint.
If you are not satisfied with our investigation into your complaint you may also complain to the Legal Ombudsman - the independent body for complaints about lawyer’s service.
The Legal Ombudsman maintains a record of final decisions in respect of any complaints made against lawyers over the last year. This data is available below.
