In relation to Landlord & Tenant, Edward acts for Landlords, Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Tenants in many areas, notably:

  • Possession Notices (especially, Section 8 & Section 21 Notices)

Edward can offer fixed fee quotes for the preparation of notices / paperwork and attendance for Landlord & Tenant matters.


Edward is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn, the Family Law Bar Association and the Public Access Bar Association. He is a Director of Staffordshire Mediation Limited, Legalhelpers Limited and the North Staffordshire Landlord’s Association, for which he is also Chairman.

Edward holds a Dual Practising Certificate with the General Council of the Bar to practice as either a self-employed barrister under Edward James Palmer or as an employed barrister for Edward James Palmer Limited.
